It's dividing the internet.
People have been speculating what Kim Kardashian and Kanye West named their baby girl. She was born earlier this week, but in Kim’s announcement on her website, she stayed mum about the name.
The couple’s first born daughter is 4-year-old North West, and their second child, a 2-year-old son, is named Saint West. Some people thought the couple would name their daughter an “E” name (they’d have a complete NSEW compass).
Others were convinced a Louis Vuitton bag Kim posted to her Instagram two days after her daughter’s birth was a clue — was the name inspired by the fashion brand? The initials LV?
And the baby name is… ~drumroll please~… Chicago West.

Should we really be surprised? After all, Chicago is Kanye’s hometown. But it’s seeming like she’ll be going mostly by nickname Chi (pronounced “Shy”), according to tweets from her mom and aunt Khloe.

Some people, mostly Chicagoans, were really feeling the name.
But of course, some weren’t into the unconventional name.
Twitter user @kellfrell tweeted, “kim k and kanye named their baby chicago…that was the perfect opportunity for wild west and they blew it.”
