Home designer couple Chip and Joanna Gaines have developed a sizable following for their modern yet comfortably rustic interior designs. Fans everywhere are still mourning the ending of their hit show “Fixer Upper.” However, those dreaming of an in-person experience with these interiors will soon get their wish. Distractify reported that the couple is opening their very own hotel in the home base of their other design projects: Waco, Texas. The 53,000 square foot renovation will include a restaurant, ballroom, and even a rooftop terrace! While fans will have to wait until 2021 for the hotel to be complete, the project will definitely be worth the wait. Check out Chip and Joanna’s official announcement video below:

This grandiose hotel will be one of many properties that Chip and Joanna Gaines have developed in Waco, Texas. The hotel will join their numerous vacation rentals throughout the city, a home goods store, and a forthcoming coffee shop. Fortunately, fans of these designs won’t have to sign a mortgage on a new house to fully enjoy them. Slowly, but surely, the Gaines’ are transforming their entire city into one massive cozy, stylish living space. Be sure to book reservations well in advance, as fans of the show will quickly flock to this new location in droves.
